Andrew first joined LGBRC in 2026 as a category 4 road and crit racer.
We asked him how he got into racing. He responded, "I
got a road bike in college to stay fit. I didn't actually
become interested in racing until later."
"I started training more with more
focus in August 2019."
"My first points finish on the podium at the Oakland Grand
Prix in September 2023.
I had a difficult season all year and finally put
it all together toward the end of the season."
"When I'm not training on the bike I also play in a recreational
ice hockey league. (I played hockey all through high school).
"Otherwise I'm probably chasing my 15 month old daughter
around the house and spending time with my wife."
